Power
We are all so much more powerful than we realize. Once I saw how Reiki can unlock your own personal power I was hooked.
Magic
I believe in magic, miracles and that ANYTHING is possible. All I ask from you is that while you are working with me that you suspend reality for a little bit and believe in magic.. even if its just for an hour 🙂
creativity
Carving out time to create and be in flow state. Taking time to play and be creative. Chasing after epiphanies.
alignment
The only thing I can give someone is what they are already ready and willing to recieve. I am ready to meet you with compassion in whatever state of receptivity you are in.
Self Awareness
Always checking myself first. Auditing the experiences in my life and getting curious if what I’m attracting is a reflection of something within me that I’m unconcious of (as opposed to jumping into victim mode)
Being 100% aware of what is going on in my mind, body and soul AND taking 100% responsibility for it.
Never suppressing, and healing through feeling.
Safety
Always maintaining a safe and cozy space for myself and my clients to do the deep work. Keeping your nervous system calm even when thats not what feels familiar to you! Helping to pull you out of survival mode so you can easily build a stress free life of peace and ease.

Always keeping an attitude of gratitude. Being happy and content where I am but eager for more.
Healing
I am deeply committed to healing – mind, body and spirit. Both for myself and my clients. I will show up for you in the most concious, compassionate, healing presence possible.
authenticity
Always being my true authentic self even if it means i’ll face backlash, be made fun of or people wont like me. By always being myself I can foster a safe space for others to be themselves. You never have to pretend to be something you’re not around me.
Purpose
Helping others find their purpose by being fully embodied in mine.

Always learning and growing. Taking every new version of me and stretching it out onto a bigger canvas, getting to know every nook and cranny. Never bypassing the really deep hard work.

Never being afraid of the uplevel. Charging forward even when it would be easier and safer to just stay the same.
